A customer can also register on the website. Based on this the requests will be attended within 24 hours, except in case of emergencies. In case of emergencies occurring beyond the normal service hours, member will be required to pay a fixed conveyance charges to the service provider, as informed by the Home Jeanie representative.

In respect of other services – Pest Control, Interior Design and Furnishing, Flower delivery and arrangement, Customer will be required to call 60006100 or register the request with all required information at www.homegenie.in. On such registration, Home Jeanie representative will inform the customer of further details regarding the provision of the requested service.
